I’m so grateful to Alex for helping me complete a half-marathon while recovering from shin splints. The sports massage was incredibly understanding and informative, with recovery exercises summarised in a follow-up email.

The massage itself was thorough and really helped ease my tension, and I was also shown some simple movements to do at home to strengthen the area and relieve discomfort.
